We as a Corp will have respect for anyone we come across. Yes we may fight them and blow there ship from known space but you do not in any circumstance engage in Griefing, Scamming or Smack talking. We are mature players in the Corp who only want to have fun while playing a great game.
The Corp wants to explore all that eve has to offer with the enthuses on PvP but will fully support the other areas such as.
1) Mining
2) Missions
3) Production
History:
The Black Omens were an elite Caldari regiment that was nearly wiped out in the last war against the Gallante Federation. The regiment was told to hold a small system and stop a small recon group from getting through. The small recon group turned out to be a full attack fleet hell bent on beating their way through any resistance the meet.
The Black Omens made a tactical width drawl to the nearest jump gate but was hounded the whole way there and losing almost 50% of the regiment. Once the regiment was through the jump gate they came across a huge Caldari Battle fleet and realised they had just been used as bait. Before they could find out what was going on the Gallante fleet jumped in and the 151st was caught in a deadly cross fire from the two fleets.
What was left of the Black Omens decided to leave the Caldari Navy as they felt betrayed by them and the state. Feeling their comrades had been killed for nothing but a small victory they left the state to find their fortunes elsewhere and live the life there comrade would never have. They decided to take on the banner of 151st Black Omens as that was the number that did not make it back.
OPS:
Mining OP:
Mining operations are to benifit the corp. All memebers part of the op are in it for the mutual benefit of the whole corp. Any resorces gained are given over to the corp for the production of ships and to fun the corp as a whole. If you wish to take advantage of any isk gained from send a pertition in the form of an email to the OC or 2IC of the Black Omens.
Combat OPS:
This comes in two parts. first is training the new players in the ages old style of play called PvP. This will mainly consist of following the officers lead, the officer will instruct the new player, allowing the new member to fight or gain the resorces which the new player will need to grow.
Second are combat sorties into low sec. We will start off in 0.5 and work our way down to 0.0. We will patrol systems for rats in belts and if we come accross miners or other ship take them out and just have fun PvP'in.
